Hey everyone! I just obtained bought back two 09 Impulses that I was shooting about a year ago. I sold a large parts kit with mine...and the guy who had my guns already sold the parts. =( Does anyone know where I can get DETENTS? I have already raided GOG for their spare parts...so now I am on a blood hunt!

What all did you cut down on them? Some people say they use o rings for pepper distance, others chop em, etc. I'll likely just do this.

ive looked all over zds, gog, io google.
Few different ideas from a new end cap and and valve using a single ram/stem design.
First need to get the impulse to seal at the valve. Gonna try a oring to seal against the face of the valve.

Strange if you figure out how to fix the valve leak and also figure out how to fix the feedneck issues.. I'd end up needing to buy myself one. Those were my only issues with those guns.

ill look at the feedneck issue tomorrow.
as for the stem:
ended up using the oring from the rail 07/90 i believe? tried a bunch or rand rings i had laying around. the 07/90 was a real pain in the ***. I wish I had taken a pic of the groove i made. i planned on it, but after getting this one on and sealing and how hard it was, dont plan on it any time soon. dry fired it on full auto and did not have any issues.

Thanks, gonna work on the bolt and ram tonight. Just shaving some weight off the ram, and adding my arb idea from the shocker.

09 Impulse Replacement Valves at GOG
GOG today has released a replacement valve for the 09 Impulses, that is a two piece unit with a oring milled into it to solve the leaking valve issues. You can check them out on the GOG Facebook page, I ordered mine this morning and they are on their way can't wait to get them installed, just figured I share the info for those with leaking valves

So quick board question. I just got my hands on a new 09 impulse this morning and I am having some weird things going on with the board (weird to me anyways)
So originally I just picked the gun up, aired it up, and shot it. I realized quickly that it was not shooting as fast as I was pulling the trigger and that the stream was inconsistent. So I found the manual, figured out it was in uncapped semi auto, quickly changed it over to psp ramp (using the solid red in program mode), pushed the bolt forward and just listened to the clicks of the noid and the gun still shoots as slow. I changed the bps to 15 (solid yellow in program) and I didn't notice a change in the noid clicks either, so I turned off the eyes (they went from green led to red) and what do you know it is shooting quite fast. SOO then I tinker with the settings again changing the "bypass rof" (slow blink purple) to 6 bps. Use the noid again this time the vision mode is going suuuuper slow and when I switch the eyes off it still clicks super fast.
Does anyone have this problem? Is this just due to using the noid instead of actually shooting or?
HELP!

Whether you're just clicking the noid or shooting with air makes no difference. Have you tried performing a factory reset trying again?
It almost sounds like the bypass ROF is doing the opposite of what it's supposed to be doing.
