NEVER open ANY ATTACHMENTS ! EVER, for any reason. If someone needs to send you something, have them provide you with a link to a safe site to download it from.

Listen, the people who send you these virii aren't doing it on purpose, it is automatic! If you are going to get mad at them, do it because they are stupid, not because they are malicious.

AND the people sending the email (From Address) are probably NOT infected. Your address and their address happen to be on the same infected computer. The virus is just decided to send an email to you with that other address.

And TanGo404, your story made me laugh my *** off.

Yes. There is also another person not cloaking their e-mails by the name of Schizo_4@excite.com The message is similar with a different password and the attached file is "Document.zip."

Just so you know the Baegle.A virus is almost completely ineffective anymore to computers..Unless you're one of those slackers who don't update their security updates. Thanks for the Heads-up though.

no, it has nothing to do with us getting hit, it all started with someone who runs windows getting it and having pbnation.com in their address book.

Technically you are correct. It harvests email addresses off of the victims machine, so it's possible that the virus could get pbnation.com from the users browsers cache. HOWEVER, they aren't GETTING the virus from visiting pbnation.
