I have they only show the last event Mao they do not have any info on the registration opening for Chicago that is why I posted the question.

A word of warning, don't wait to pay your entry. The available spots have been filling up well ahead of the registration deadlines this year, so if you don't get in early you might not get in at all.

Yeah I already registered just have to collect the money from the guys and pay........ From what I can tell all we have to do is register and make sure we pay before the deadline and we are good

That's kinda true... the system will allow an unlimited number of teams to "register" by signing up on the website, but you aren't actually locked in and guaranteed a spot in the tournament until you have paid your entry fee.

Every tournament has a limited number of teams that can compete due to space and scheduling constraints - both PSP events have sold out of multiple divisions this year. So what I'm trying to tell you is that if you wait until the "deadline" to pay your entry there might not be any spots left for you to fill. The PSP will put you on a waiting list and if they can't squeeze in another field or another team doesn't drop out your money will be refunded and you'll be watching the event from the webcast.

Think of it like concert tickets. Once all the seats are gone they are gone, it doesn't matter if they advertise that they'll have tickets for sale at the door.
