Some guns im choosing between
Luxe, DM12, Geo 2.1 or any other suggestions
I currently own a Luxe and have found it to be unreliable, and inefficient as allways with luxes. Althoguh the shot is wonderful and i do like the ergonomics. Im looking for a gun that will be somewhat reliable, decently efficient, have a wonderful shot, fell great in the hands and will be somewhat easy to maintain. Which marker will have most if not all of these qualitites?
Give any marker siggestions youd like to, try to keep it to spoolies
thank you

So my way of thinking so far is I have a box labeled "for my gun" I will save 125 a week until June 1st and buy the vanquish for 1500 immediately if I don't like it sell it for atleast 1250 and buy a vcom lol.
And here is a link to the thread wer Tim shows the videos and his opinion on kick and noise
It is in page 11

I wouldn't trust that guy on spools... he thinks a DM7 is pretty much the best spool out.
Seriously though the clone, when tuned is as quiet if not quieter than a luxe, is much more efficient, has a better board IMO (especially with the GTi), and is more comfortable to me. All in all I'd be looking at the clone gt, v3 vic, the luxe and demon if I was in the market.

Just don't buy the Demon. Vanguard is a shady *** company that should not be supported.

I think he is a trustworthy guy having all those spool guns means something and if he isn't too familiar with spools atleast he has all those spool guns that I don't and he made a video. How's that?

Yea well idk
But he has all those guns and seems familiar and the luxe in his vid had bolt stick and fsdo I think and the rest seemed fine. I think the luxe is very sensible and needy in maintenance
Every luxe that I have seen upclose when playing speedball they all have fsdo wen they air up the gun

When I talked to him on the phone he mentioned using dow33 on the luxe because he was out of monkey poo. If I have to use dow33 I mix it with a couple drops of triflow/ synthetic gun oil to thin it out. The clone doesn't work well with many other lubes other than militia and that may be why his clone needs higher pressure and is louder than it should be.

Man, you're taking it a little to much as gospel is all I'm saying. Videos are fine but tuning, maintenance, camera position, bias, etc all play in. Narrow it down to a few options and try them out for yourself is all I mean.

If I'm being perfectly honest my pics would be between the clone, DM9 or the vcom. If the ergonomics of the vanquish are similar to the luxe then I won't like it. To me geos feel the best in hand but shoot the worst. Vics feel nice and even the poppet engine shoots great. In my personal opinion clones/ droids are the best spool guns made (though I'd like to try the vcom).

Id would try the clone Gti. The Gt shoots great and I think the new valve and board will improve it even more.
The luxe is also great though. not sure why you have so many issues with yours.
Mine is always reliable for me.
