I dunno Mr Kingman, if I'm shooting 10bps with a magfed I'd still want eyes - misfeeds are the bane of magfed.
Still planning to pick up a hammer. Will the FS mags work ok with regs paint or is the spring force too heavy?

the rep posting on MCB said they might not need a FSR specific spring.

I'm kinda pissed now. I should've waited and bought the Hammer instead of my Trracer.
Seriously though, this looks very nice. Good work, Spyder.

Yes, the FS mag will shoot both types of paint without issues. We dialed it in so that you don't have to switch springs every time. We initially where going to give two types of springs but figured everyone would rather have one mag that does both types of paint.

Will there be a hitman mod or some way to mount a vertical grip on the pump handle like I do on my trracer?

It doesn't seem to have a Picitanny rail on the bottom like the Trracer, which is disappointing. If you wanted to hitman mod it, you'd probably have to rig up a homemade one.

it is probably a very close cousin to the current tracer. Seeing as the old hammer and tracer were cousins, and both guns seem to be about the same as their ancestors just with improvements and such. So yes, I would assume it is nelson based.

Do any of the winning teams use pumps and tactical markers?

I think some use the tac g6r and the new DAM. others just use egos and other normal electros.
Pump is only used in pump division, and then it isnt pumps like these.

Has anyone gotten their hands on one of these? I'm thinking about picking one up. I'm especially interested in how well the First Strike clips hold up.
Also, do you think that the pump arm on the Trracer is cross compatible with the one on the Hammer?

As for the price, I'm almost certian it's going to drop about half a year or so. I wonder if spyder plans on making these a yearly release.
