I only knew the Michigan and Ohio guys that used to play for me back in the day. They had asked me a while ago to help them out. Now that they cleaned up their roster from what is was originally, I jumped on.

A d4 team that practices at my field, high and mighty. They have been playing in the AES series this year.
I wish my team would quit being wankers and get it in gear, but alas that won't happen this event. I'm thankful I found another team to guest with for the event.

Chicago is usually really hot, that is the most teams need to learn to work through, between hydrating your body 24 hours ahead and during play, to paint management.

Should I buy coolers and ice to store the paint?

Hotel prices are way up in Joliet so I was looking north in plainfield or romeoville a lot more reasonable. They usually play d1 on pro field on Thursday so will be there for them. Pros usually play normal Fri - sun

And come on joey, let's be reasonable, its hard enough to tell guys no beer that it dehydrates you, but tell them no beer for 3 days and only water. They would shoot you, lol.

Yea, we always put a little bit of ice in the bottom in a bag, then a layer of cardboard from the paint box, then bags/pods of paint.

im just saying its good to hydrate w/ water at least 3 days ahead.. im a chef and always in heat and sweating, you can drink beer, but its going to dehydrate you faster, just adding some help, you know your own body, i drink 2-3 gallons of water a day,
i stayed at the holiday inn right down the road from the field for nppl.. i dont care about hotel, i was there 2 sleep and that was it, the free breakfast was nice though, i could leave late thurs nite and get there early on friday morning, its only 4 hours. dad is wanting to hang out in chicago and just let me go2 the event,

I know teams that will put a little more ice in, to make it more brittle. Then use it for breakout paint.

I know joey, but as you can tell from Shaun's response, plus I know pro players who won't stop drinking beer, it was more of a reality comment, to what really should be done like you said.

I will bring a separate cooler for just that purpose. OTB shooting is what they invited me along for. I've gotta earn my keep
