Pod Thieves

I discovered a very effective method of keeping my pods last weekend, competely by accident.

Use one of your pods to drink out of, and make sure everyone else sees you doing it.

Nobody will touch your pods after that. I was surprised, it works!

I can't say how many pods I have "stolen", but over the years I am sure it's a bunch. And I have equally lost a bunch too. When we play the race-2-whatever/X-Ball style matches, (all of our pods are painted with pink stripes) we either have the first guy that gets shot first or we have a "pod *****" go out there after the buzzer and grab all the pods. Rule of thumb: if you leave the pits/field - you leave your crap behind too. Not only pods, but we have picked up small stuff like tools, pod loaders, cheat sheets, sunglasses, money, you name it. Once saw a guy come of the field, throw his busted Rotor in the pit garbage can and left. I played one point and dug it out. After I cleaned all the busted paint out of it, changed batteries, worked like a charm. And if someone says they think you have some of there stuff, don't be a dick...give it up. I won't put up a fight, but if your dumb enough to leave your stuff behind.....Gotcha *****!

Fatboys are ****ing awesome, but the only down side is that one other person has them at my field and also the same color>

I never saw the before in my life then the day I got them and somebody had them

I have my name wrote all over mine and I still see them in peoples buggies or packs at events. It has gotten to the point that after every game or race, we send a few people out and take all pods on our side of the field. If the other team wants theirs, then they can give us ours that they picked up.
