Here's their Facebook event they created for the re-opening. The airball field is turf and is entirely enclosed in a blow-up arena that they spent $58,000 on. It's really nice and will be even better once they get all of their bunkers setup and out on the field.
As far as big woods goes, it relatively the same as before. Some things like the bread truck and utility truck were taken and sold for scrap metal by other people. Also, some wood and other things were taken from the field. The construction workers that were building the houses over there trashed the place and left all kinds of dangerous things on the field, so they are cleaning up and removing any hazards before big woods will be open (they expect mid January for it to open up - maybe sooner).
As far as small woods goes, word is they are redoing it completely and might be building an urban type field to replace it. They are working hard to get everything setup and in playable condition as soon as possible. One big thing they're waiting on is utility poles to be installed so they can hang netting around each field and repair/replace the netting that was there previously. Overall, they have some great plans for the place and I am looking forward playing there a lot in the future.
Edit - The field is in the same place as before by the way. Also, prices are listed in the Facebook event.
