Hey does anyone have any experience with writing these or advice? I have mine mostly done (just needs grammar) I was wondering if anyone could point me towards a place for giving it a once over. The professors I work for are all gone til submissions are due so they arent much help. Thanks for the advice.

Heres what I wrote mine based on:

"
Rationale for graduate study and pursuit of a professional degree. This may include strengths you bring to graduate study, areas of particular interest, and long-range career goals. Address why you are interested in becoming a professional, your expectations of the program, and any details in your personal history or background which are relevant to your interest in the program."

This isn't a
Good idea .

You want your resume
Your CV and your references to paint the same picture.

1. Write about your goal in grad school and what you did as an undergraduate
To bring you there
.
2 write about why their school is perfect and which people
And in what area you want to do research .

3. Relate on how number 1 will help you do 2.

4. Pray ?

Well I got everything so a ton of this lately. Already got rejected from university of utah ( I probably woulda drank the state dry in a month anyways).

Just write a letter about how well hung you are and after you graduate you'll give them a "large endowment"

Do you have a favorite English Prof.? Or you can send it to me and I will give it a once over and send it back proofed and edited. I teach in my colleges Mass Comm and wouldn't mind helping.
