k i bought a black evolution 3 and right next to the low battery light thing it has this like white circle made of like rubber what is this and under it it says <--------> speed please tell me what this is and how to use it

you don't the Egg 3 has a Z-board. it's uncapped.

no it's not. It's to plug the hole in the shell that the Y-board used for it's speed adjuster. It's no longer needed since the Z-board does not have a speed adjuster since it's an upgraded board that is uncapped.
