Yea its adjusted fine, it leaking from were it mounts on the pipe. The mounting method is stupid (imo) so I just need to make sure the set screws and tight and it sealed on there right. I've read of a few people using RTV to seal it so maybe I'll try that. this

goes on the hardpipe and then the BOV

slides on and sttaches with those set screws

Hell, truck drivers down here are making over $100k. There's also a higher traffic fatality rate here than anywhere else in the state because they're idiots who have no business driving an 18 wheeler. Doesn't help that these highways are in terrible condition, one lane, and 75 mph speed limit.
