No I didn't. Ended up missing a few pins and other hardware, my euro speed board, and my solenoid. However we were able to come to a mutually satisfactory agreement and due to some amazing people on here, bob@fixmyangel,and support at planet Eclipse I was able to replace everything.

Almost gave someone a heart attack when i took her into the woods the very first time to play with her.

-2/25/2012 Gun received. Looks good, not great. The anno was average nothing amazing but not bad either. I most likely will never use ballers inc in the future just due to the slow turn around times and lack of communication.

Some are not completely educated on the entire matter, some parts are extremely difficult to strip, so flaws may appear (most in inconspicuous places, such as behind eye covers, in small, tight groves, you can only get the polishing wheel into so small of a space) and some imperfections may appear in places nor normally seen until disassembled. We are not saying that any of you aren't warranted in your concerns but I only wanted to offer some enlightenment.

I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your anodizing service & the lapse in communication. We have recently stream lined the process for anodizing and retooled our system.

If you would like to try us again, for a discounted quote, please, do not hesitate to contact me. We always want to hear from our customers and try to make it right.

O look bad media jerks a response from the company that does not take the time to respond personally to the paying customer on a timely basis or at all. Companies like this piss me off. If you would take the time to communicate with the CUSTOMERS that PROVIDE you INCOME no matter the situation, maybe they would not feel the urge to degrade you companies image.

Company is destined to fail unless you some how are able to revamp your image and your consumers overall experience.

I had simply not seen this thread until now - we have recently revamped our production line and the way we handle our orders - we have since changed the way we handle orders.

We look forward to providing everyone we deal with exceptional customer service.

I think they have improved their customer service now. I just had my drone DX done a few weeks ago. Loved the way it turned out. A few hiccups but sometimes those are unavoidable.

I thought the customer service was spot on. When ever I PMed my service rep GetBunkered he responded to me in less than 15mins. Hell, they were even able to get in touch with MacDev a hole hell of a lot faster than I did when we had a question on a set of Screws.

I recommend these guys. If anyone wants some pics of their work on my Drone I'll post them up.

Yea, funny how they call you back but have yet to speak up on this at all. As a matter of fact they gone so far as to delete my posts on their Facebook so they know Im here. Just no answer because they have no excuses.

Going by the Facebook pics, it look like the Owner is enjoying a nice Hawaii vacation.
