Bolt moves but doesn't fire?

Loaned my gun to my cousin, shooting fine, and he brought it back later that day saying it doesn't work.

The bolt moves the ball into the barrel, but the gun isn't actually firing.

I had this happen once before, switched to another gun, and when I went back to tech it the problem had gone away.

All I can think of is the paint is possibly too large for the barrel?

NT10 or NT11?
First change battery, test if it works.

Second check bolt sail oring. NT10 has 16 NT11 15
Also set pressure to 130 PSI
