Velocity does have a booth at cup. They wouldn't let a major event come to town with out supporting it. THey're handing out stickers and t-shirts.

Probably just a little, all the newbs still will be there and the people who either never heard or are going a day before are gonna go. I wouldn't expect it to be packed thogh.

Btw: i saw wrecking crew at the event, they werent competing, they were handing out stickers. (yeah free schwag! now they just need the ladeez)Damn, they look like they're 10. Not like thats bad or anything.

Well after watching Friday and Saturday I have all this pent up paintball frustration and it is an absolute must that I play on SUnday. I sure there will be some people there. That just means more xball for me

Thanks everybody!

I did not see this thread until now, A bit too late, but we did sponsor the event.

We did our best to get the employees out of the store and to the event while still conducting regular business which was very good considering the magnitude of this event.

Both Darryl and I talked to our friend Chuck Hendsch (NPPL President) and indicated our support of the NPPL series and pledged our support to bring the series back to San Diego next year as well!

I think this was an awesome event, and it is about time Professional paintball came back to San Diego!
