Not on any regulator setup I know of.
Anything connected to the fill nipple port on a preset tank regulator is going to be hit with full bottle pressure, so up to 4500 or 3000 psi. Not only would it be unsafe to walk around with a line pressurized with that much pressure, I don't even know where such a line would lead to. You couldn't just introduce it into the output line going to the gun(s), and I don't know of a way to reduce or send it through the other tank's regulator without running it into that
tank's fill nipple or gauge port. At that point, how would either tank have been filled in the first place?
It would be much safer to have the tanks communicate downstream
of their regulators.
