People need to differentiate between "best" and "favorite".

Dynasty is without a doubt the BEST paintball team ever assembled. They've had a consistent core on the team since day 1 and have been WINNING pro events for almost a decade now. That's crazy.

Favorite is a totally different beast and completely subjective. My favorite would be mid-to-late 1990s All-Americans when they wrecking people with original shockers in full renegade jumpsuits.

Dynasty. They've done it, triple crown. Take a look at Ryan Greenspan's bio in CK2. Dynasty is the best there ever was.

Yes, shock and trauma may have been dominant, but dynasty has the most wins, the most important wins, and could be argued to be the most dominant overall as well.

Dynasty is the best, but as far as history, Ironmen. For sure. Dynasty feels too "new" to be the choice. I don't consider myself completely oldschool, and I remember when they just came out.

aftershock was dominant back in the day and is still around competing and winning today recently the nppl vegas

Even though common sense would tell us to say that Dynasty was the best team of all time, one can wonder if it really was. They struggled a lot those seasons without Ollie, so i can't really say that they the best off all time, not for that alone, but...

XSV was created to beat Dynasty by the time Dynasty were the Top Dogs. They did it consistently, at least until almost all team members (except Thomas Taylor and Rich Telford), so they deserve to be there.

Damage... Is my favorite team, and it's probably the most dominant team this year, along with the Russians and Dynasty, except that Damage took both teams down this season in a final game of an event. Still, it's too young of a team to be named before that many legendary ones.

The Russians, Ironmen and Aftershock are among the older teams around, and they still keep with consistent results, maybe except for Shock.

Which leaves us to the three of the oldest European Teams, not counting the Russians. Nexus have been here forever, as well as the TonTons, and also deserve to be mentioned. But, they weren't that dominant to get a vote for a reason other than "my favorite team".


The best team of all time, must be the European team that's left: Joy Division.


They were the first European team to win at NPPL event, and they consistently dominated Europe, by adding a lot of Millennium wins, both season and events. Even though they had only "average" results at PSP events, they still remain one of the best teams around. They were such a team, so united and solid, that i can recall no more than one player leaving the team, and probably to pursue his career in the US.

To me, a team is more than the wins, even though Joy had a lot of them. The spirit, the core players, the consistency, even the fanbase... Maintaining all team members for so long, being so vital to some companies such as Angel, NXE, the NPPL and the MS...

... I just can't find better than those fellows.

I hate Dynasty. With a ****ing passion. I don't know why lol. Never been a fan. (even though I own a Dynasty Shocker..) But what that team has accomplished, is unbelievable. They have achieved a lot.
So for the best, Dynasty gets my vote.

Current day as far experience and chemistry, would be Dynasty, can not argue that. Ironmen were good, in fact incredible, but Dynasty dominated.

But as far as potential, control of play and games and ability to adapt. I personally look at Damage. Even without Jrab one good and fast growing team. May help them a little that they are also out of Tampa
