I got married on Sept 11th, went to Costa Rica for just over 3 weeks, then went on to a bunch of tournaments. More on that at www.dannycort.com but I am hoping to get some up soon.
Is there one in particular you would like to see? I can work on those first.

Congratulations. I got married on nov 5. I wish I had 3 weeks. I just got 2 (it's the busy season for me at work)
I'd like the powercore explained. Oring fitment. And how different orings cause different problems.
Thanks

Need some advice!!!
Curent setup :
ff bolt /sprung
he can
stock guide
Ft in
Manifold 2 turns in
Dwell 14 ms.
So I took out my ft screw and I got a gain of 100 fps
Is this normal?
And why such a huge jump?
What causes it?
Btw I don't have issues with fsdo or any shoot down.

Hmmm...
It sounds like your bolt was not making a complete cycle. By that I mean that with a dwell of 14 with your FT in your bolt would not go far enough forward to dump all the air in the firing chamber.
You can try putting your FT back in and upping your dwell to 16 or 18 MS. If that up's your velocity then the above explanation is most likely correct.
I was testing a sprung bolt for a bit back when the first Luxe sprung bolts became available. I used it at PSP Phoenix back quite a few years and ended up getting horrible 1st shot drop off with a sprung bolt with the FT in. I was told this was because of the FT. I ended up changing the Firing Can orings 3 different times throughout the event! I did not test the gun without the FT in, but I have heard numerous times not to run the FT screw with a sprung bolt.
Hope that helps!

So with the new 2.0 we shouldn't leave the FT in, or have they worked around that?

Hey i have a luxe 1.0 and on the board the eyes "socket" broke (where the eyes plug into). I have been using no eyes and not breaking any paint at all. Do i have to even have eyes in the gun?

I would say no!
The Luxe is an awesome gun. If you want to fix it you can, but it is not "required."

New to Luxe!
I was wondering if someone could help me out.
I just purchased a luxe 1.5 and had major FSOD. I bought a pooty bolt set and removed the FT screw.
Settings:
Dwell 10
FSOD 2
when I dry fire the marker, it's sweet!
However now when I cycle it loaded, the marker will leak via the latch. If I push the latch fwd, it stops. Then again when I cycle it happes after the 2nd or 3rd shot.
Is there something wrong with my latching system? why does it move backwards? I put the stock 2.0 core and I notice that since I removed the FT screw it keeps happening.

By latch you mean rear lift cap right? If that is the case it sounds like it needs the two small orings inside the lift cap on the pin that holds the bolt system in the gun replaced. Here is a diagram:
You can see when the lift cap is lifted air is allowed to vent from the bolt assembly. One of those two orings is probably bad (if I am reading / understanding your problem correctly!).

I would recommend shooting one and comparing.
Personally I feel the Luxe is capable of handling brittle paint better, but again, that is my opinion so take it for what it is!

It is fine to use the FT screw with the 2.0 core. At this point my team mates and I (10 guys) have been using the 2.0 cores with the FT screws in with no problem.
Also, the spring does allow you to run a lower dwell, but we all run our dwell at 14 -16 ms. Most of the guys ONLY lube their guns when they have problems... ... but then they work fine again!

Is this with paint in the marker, or whenever you are just clicking the solenoid? If this is just while clicking the solenoid with the eyes on and no air in the marker, the eyes are going to read a blockage in the breach due to the sprung bolt blocking the eyes. Hence, why it's shooting 9 bps.
