Talking

Just curious.. It was the vl 2001 that came with the Angels way back in the day.. It was when the angel just hit the stores and Brass Eagle still ahd it on there website.. Was just wonderin if anyone has ever heard or remebered it.. It was in an APG article back in 97 or 98 ? Just curious what it did and why they got rid of it ?

actually

The WDP Angel never did come with the vl 2001.

The vl2001 was actually just intellifeed(trust me, I should know this)

The vl2001 kit came with enlarged pattles(much like what you see on revolutions now) and the wire that leads from yoru angel charging port(LEDs) to your hopper.

The shredder was a whole different then that was brought to us by CCM(ViewLoader). You dont see them around anymore because of what timebomb stated, and they would strip gears easily.

Actually, to show you what an old fart I am, I still use the VL2001 that I got with my first LED angel on my LCD.

We had a couple of people run VL3000s on their angels, one even converted to intelli.

We also had a couple of Shredders.... they were pissed when the Revvie came out, lemme tell you.

Yeah, they don't say 2k1.

I always wanted one of those Revvies they did with the marble pattern, they also did camo. Remember those?

A few guys I've played with before all swear by the banana boats when we play hopperball. Obviously they like to cheat, but no biggie they can't play if their lives depended on it so we don't pay much attention to it.

I still use a VL2000. Don't laugh it still works great. For all you don't know the arms on that thing is only a one inch long. The reason I'm still using the loader is because i'm also using a warpfeed. Now thats some old school stuff.

LOL

The paddle on the VL2000 is the WORST!

It's worth buying a rev just for the paddle.

I stuck a pre-BE rev motor in my VL2000 shell and modded it for a backup "vl2001."

Yeah, the paddles on the 2000 are 1 inch long. I'm too cheap to buy a new VL if mine ain't broken yet. Plus mine isn't made by BrassEagle

Hey, kick ***. I'll have to take a gander at it. Is it in the store, or is it his personal one?
