Funniest thing you've ever seen in Recball

After witnessing some hilariously outlandish stuff today at the local recball field, I was wondering what kind of stuff some of you on here have seen on or off the field while playing Recball. Ref's must have some real good ones LOL!

I once saw a guy run to a dorito, have the dorito fall on him, then he just layed there like he was dead.

My friends and I like to dress like idiots. I'll wear a full suit, my friend wears a robe and slippers, and another wears a sombrero with a potato costume.

I've been seen throwing paint, trying to use my barrel like a blowgun, and running around yelling "POW POW POW" when out of air, successfully scaring players. I'm still waiting for the day I get a barrel tag.

I've seen a guy run full charge at 3 people in a bunker just shooting with no paint or air, and surrendering them all.

I saw a kid try and do a superman into a trench and he nearly knocked himself unconscious when he dove head first onto his 68/45, it was probably mean to laugh so hard but i really couldn't help it, especially because his hopper broke off and spilled all the paint and everything, his mask got all full of paint-caked mud and crap, it was just one of those 'i wish i had a camera' moments...he was probably thinking "im gonna look so friggin sick when i do this" and WHAM..reality hits him like a punch in the nose

Watched a guy get shot in the nuts...

Watched a guy run into a bunker hard enough to have the bunker fall over...

Watched a 'team' of wannabe 'Swat' guys try to use a 'tactical' nose to tail kind of running manouver just to take 3 of the 5 out with my SC phantom...

In a night game I watched a guy fall into a trench filled with water...as he is splashing around he is getting shot at and he is screaming. "Stop shooting at me I am all wet!" Poor guy. I ended up giving him a bag of paint at the end of the game.

I have seen a renter shoot himself in the foot by accident...

I watched an entire team try to do a mass run through on a field, trying to bullrush, while we just stood back and let em have it. They regretted it immediately lol.

I've done that. Not to be tactical, (even as a navy reaction force member, I know it doesn't work in paintball

) but I've done it with a group 2-3 other guys in a desperate run through to win a game, and lost horribly.

Past weekend I ran down a side line got lit up with out a break. The look on the other guys face after the game was priceless.

lol wow i have been shot in the back more times than i care to admit, mainly because the local recball field i play at lets the youngest players still play with the older ones in the walk-ons..
it normally isn't a problem at all except the occasional group of smaller than average little youngsters recently that had their masks falling down their face because their head was so small and they decided to just hipfire anyways, nailing myself and several others in the process, the ref's had to come in and back a few of us up because it got really bad lmao

I still get shot by older players. If I'm break shooting for you to get to snake, why would you break shoot also? I don't like paint on the back of my head

people that hold the gun with one hand off the break and shoot with their heads down while running to a bunker. Its not so funny when one of these shots actually hits you however

I was reffing a game at a small Indoor field, right off the break one Walk-On shot me in the neck while doing the gangster one handed cap your *** move, I spun my head to look at him and then the other team decided to shoot me in the back of the head, as well, same style of gun use. They proceeded with the game, and each player left the game on their own accord because they were afraid of getting hit.

Wasn't funny for me, but for all the other employees it was a wallop of laugh.
