I still have a bruise right above my piss hole from more than a year ago.
Also, apparently I shot one of my friends right in the head, barely above the mask. He said his ears were ringing and ****. The worst part about that was that he was on my team.  I could sworn he was one of the guys on the other team, he even sounded like it when he said something right after he got shot. |

Several years ago a friend of mine took a shot to the neck. It ruptured his artery and he died within the hour. Freak accident, but never the less, still a tragedy. He was 24. **INCORRECT STATEMENT**
WHAT I SAID IN THE OTHER POST IS INCORRECT....Here is what happened:
He was shot in the left leg (up near his groin) and damaged an artery. He did pass away sometime later HOWEVER...the Dr. said he did NOT die from paintball...the paintball shot he took aggravated a pre-existing condition which then caused his death.
The same out come probably would have happened had he ran into the corner of a table.
Sorry for the incorrect info I posted earlier.

Seriously? News article on this?
Worst for me was two guys were crossed up real close to eachother in the middle of field, both were kneeling. I ran through and turned and bunkered one, other guy shot me from lower when I was looking other way and shot my ear. It perforated (Put a hole) my tympanic membrane (Eardrum) I couldn't hear out of the ear for months. |

when i got shot in the temple my hearing went out for like 10 seconds. i also got shot on the inside of my upper thigh, REALLY close to my nuts where it is tender. that was painful.

I ran right into a lane, then got bunkered. Took one right on a tendon on my neck, it hurt pretty bad. I could still feel it days after. It's actually still there. Almost a month later.
Update: I took one to the left temple, I would swear the guy who shot me was shooting hot, it knocked me over one my dive to the snake... I Blacked out for a few seconds there... That might be the worst shot that I've taken.

Winterballing about a year ago, in true winter conditions. -20 centigrade, four feet of snow, and CO2, so frozen balls were much to be had. Hell, we taped hand warmers inside of our hoppers to stop them from just turning into marbles.
Anyways, I got nailed, nads to neck, by fifteen, count em, fifteen frozen paintballs. I had a line of bruises as wide as my wrist and as black as a newly tarred road running up the middle of my torso, deviating only to hit my right nipple.
Suffice to say, I sat down for a few minuteshoursdays.....weeks.
