No. Alot of PreWO's are coming with them as well. I prefer to buy individual tubs of specified ingredients so I know EXACT dosages instead of guessing with a typical preWO.

I agree, however, the taste is always **** when I do that haha. That is why I often buy a delicious and at least decent prewo and just add some goodies in.

Gatorade bro . I typically use it as the "flavoring". Citrulline Malate has a natural sour flavor which usually makes it delicious.

I would just have to make sure to get a sugar free kind as I don't like to have carbs right before a work out.

I use 10 calorie Hawaiian Punch packets. I use grape so I can mix in grape seed extract. Something is off with the humidity in my house or something because whenever I get a tub of gatorade powder it clumps in my pantry.

I'm always on the look out for protein deals. I was pumped when you guys posted that the smart powders vanilla went on sale. I bought 20 pounds of it.

Strawberry is hit or miss with me. I've picked up Cor-Whey for a decent price and their flavors are pretty good. The strawberry is strong though, so I've always mixed it with some vanilla protein.

Im completely different. I have to eat a small meal before doing my 5-3-1 program or I crash after my first work set. Food is fuel.

I had the same issue with the gatorade powder so I just bought a case of Gatorade at Costco (bulk supplier).

I remember a few years ago when I was going on a week-long roadtrip I got a bunch of those packets for flavoring my water...*blech*. Do you still like them? Maybe I got bad flavors, but the initial taste wasn't too great, and ESPECIALLY the aftertaste seemed god-awful to me. Just really seemed like they didn't make any attempt to block the whole aspartame/sucralose/artificial-flavoring aftertaste...I had crystal lite a few times as well and thought that did a much better job.

They may have changed the flavoring by now though. Whenever I think of that trip I still get a slight taste of the HP "berry blue" in my mouth...makes me cringe a bit.

The taste is alright... nothing special but nothing repulsive, at least to me. I just started buying them because they were $1 for 8 packets and Crystal Light was like $2 for 6 or something like that. I know what you mean with the sweetness though, it definitely seems more 'kid' flavored than Crystal Light.

Sometimes I just use a half packet though, cuts down on the sweetness a lot.

I only picked up 5lbs of the sp vanilla, wish I would have got more.

Strawberry wise I like my myofusion probiotic strawberries and cream. I do often cut it with a little vanilla though
