salvo rapid fire issue

I bought a new salvo a couple months ago. fielded it twice and it was just fine. then I added a cyclone hopper and e-trigger. after I installed these, I had a problem of the hammer not recocking fully and it would fire bursts or full auto until I manually pull the hammer back to stop it. so I changed out the trigger back to stock, same issue. removed the cyclone, same issue. I have had the gun apart numerous times, making sure all is clean, undamaged and lubed. since this problem has started I have replaced all O-rings, power tube, sear and sear spring. I even tried swapping out the hammer out of my 98c. this thing is driving me nuts! this seems to be a fairly common problem by checking other posts, but I havent seen any solutions yet. any suggestions anyone?

how does the sear look? if it is the least bit rounded off the hammer could not catch on the blowback of the shot. what kind of tank are you using?

I just have to ask, when you say lube do you mean grease or oil? Figure ask the obvious to keep it simple, you never know. I use tech t gun drops on a salvo back up i have, and it works nicely.

I also polished up the insides of my salvo to make it cycle smoother, and you can notice a difference. Maybe your's might benefit from this as well. Also another simple question, how tight are the screws on the body of the gun? Wondering if they might be to tight or to loose possibly.

Mmhhh worked fine and after the upgrade not !!!

When you checked everthing and replaced the O-Rings right it should run !!!

1st it sounds like a broken Powertube or a wrong(to small) Hammer O-Ring.
2nd i think may you have taken it to good and greased some parts which you should not grease, for example itīs good enough to clean(dry) your triggermecanic and the area of your hammer where the sear is locking.
3rd low pressure in tank(output should be more than ca. 600psi) or a to strong hammerspring

Hooaahhh, good luck !!!
