Should I keep the Frenzy frame for my Merlin or should I use a modified Fierce frame?
MeuroM I need to talk to you on AIM later.

I vote the fierce frame. The only reason why I sold my Valhalla was because of the frenzy frame.

Both frames are nice. I would need to sell the Frenzy frame to fund buying a Fierce frame though.

The carbon fiber trigger on my valhalla felt like poo, and my hand would frequently press the buttons on the back of the frame during games.
The buttons protrude too much, imo.

Yeah, I would have to agree with Gun Hero. I like the idea of the frame using the ego board/how they look. But they are not as comfortable because of the bulky grips, its easy to press buttons, and I couldnt get a trigger that I could set up to my liking and work properly either.

If you shave a little off the buttons then it would fix that. I think I'll try and sell the Frenzy frame and pick up a Fierce frame. If I can't sell it I'll just finish it as is.

I just had the buttons recessed. Personally, the feel of the fierce is much preferable. If you can have one altered to use a different board than the stock Viking board, I would definitely go that way.

I'm not sure if you've already seen it, but FoodPoosening has one for sale already modded to fit cockers and accept Eclipse boards.

Armory right? If that's it, that's a bit pricey.

I've decided to go to WCTC is a tech school. I'm having the most difficult time picking what I should go to school for. Everything I'm looking at interests me, but really I want to do something that I can support my family with. I guess I'll have to wait to sit down with a counselor. Looking at welding, tool & die among other things.
The recessed buttons look nice Torque. Are the buttons raw still?

Perhaps a field that not only supports your family, but also allows you the time to spend with them.
Also, I caught wind of the fierce frame's recent thread update- Looks like it was slim chance at happening at all because of this:
Quote:
Original creators of the frame werent communicating well either. They wanted exclusive anno and polish even though they lost all designs, measurements, company went out of business and they wouldnt produce any more.

Yeah I just received that update as well.
Spending time with my family is a goal as well.
I think I'll talk to some people in the custom ot area, do some research, as well as talking to the counselor about different careers. I know between McB and here there quite a few Machinists, Tool & Die among other things.

I would love to sling some paint on some people. What is with all the people from Sweden buying up all the AKA markers? I have one now that is looking at my Evil M and I know quite a few have been shipped over there.

Just set up a 46 inch LED Smart 3D tv, Smart 3D blue ray player, and sound bar. Very excited. Sounds great. I haven't been this excited since I got my Viking and Excal back from Jared. My old tv was 27 inch slim crt.

The Samsung tv's have really nice picture quality. I bought one last year and its really nice. I would like to try one of those sound bars. Currently I have a Yamaha amplifier and a 7.1 setup of Klipsch Synergy speakers. I still need to buy 4x speaker stands though. I hated the 61" RCA Sceniun DLP tv I had, it was a definite upgrade.
Love the picture Simon. That's a picture I would like to have framed and mounted on a wall.
Thanks 711Clerk, no one has contacted me but maybe he will.

The tv and blue ray player are Samsung. A friend helped me put together a desktop and I got dual Samsung monitors for it. I'm very impressed with them. The primary is 27 inches and the secondary is 20 inches. Not enough space for dual 27's. The sound bar is made by Energy. I was going to go with 5.1 but didn't want to mess with the cables. The sound bar has a wireless sub. I need to get a new phone, too because my 3 + year old Blackberry is starting to go bad. I'm looking at the Galaxy 3. Full screen would be so much easier to read.
