* Christ Krew members are held accountable for posts, avatars, and everything else related to posting in forums and before God.
-Rom. 14:12 - So then each of us shall give account of himself to God.

* Christ Krew members are expected to have manners when posting. That means no swearing/cursing, flaming/put downs and any other form of offensive type posts.

* Christ Krew members are to also set a good example on and off the playing field. This includes your personal testimony spoken and lived. Since you are an open book for people who don't know Christ, it is best to not give them an excuse to reject Him.
-Matthew 5:16 - Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

* Christ Krew members are encouraged to intercede for one another in prayer, support, counseling and if possible in person through whatever aid is possible.
-1 John 4:11 - Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

* Christ Krew members are also encouraged to find new and creative ways of promoting the gospel of salvation to people in your local fields and through the open forums.

* Finally, Christ Krew is encouraged to live a sanctified life, holy and pleasing to God. This means being a true Christian even when people can't see/hear you. Remember that is it the almighty God (Adonai), the all consuming fire, the creator of all things and the giver of life that you serve and he sees your heart (intentions, motives) first before seeing your actions or outward appearance.
-1 John 2:6 - He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
-1 John 3:20 - For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

I'm amazing. Just got home from a good ride. (cycling) I met a new friend too on my ride and I might be getting a free trainer (for riding a bike indoors and warming up for races). There usually like 500 bucks or more. Kinda awesome.

I've never seen I Heart Huckabees, I'll check it out. But Vonnegut absolutely changed the way I think. Slaughterhouse 5 was the first of his books I read. Great place to begin start his collection, by the way. I was so sad the day he passed.


New thread smell. It's been a while

So I picked up a G-Force Gemini kit for the Autococker. It definitely adds a unique look to the gun, but it is insane to tune. You can't just time it like a standard Cocker. Anyone ever own a piece like this willing to give advice? I am stumped.

Always nice to see a fellow fan of Vonnegut! And I'm with you on the sad feelings felt after his death. The world lost a great friend that day, and even though I never met him personally, I will cherish his memory every time I read his works. It's an honor to have existed with him.

And "I Heart Huckabees" has an existentialism theme that it follows, so some people may enjoy it more than others.

Somebody asked in the previous thread whether the unicycle in my avatar is real, and whether such unicycles exist.

It isn't, and they don't. I painted it. BUT - people have been experimenting with handlebars and aero tuck positions and found that they actually work really well, so it's only a matter of time. I'm working on some designs right now. We now have geared unicycles with 36 inch wheels and so the speeds are getting up to ~20mph. There's no physical reason why a unicycle couldn't be just as fast as a road bike in the hands of a skilled rider.

Because a unicycle is one decent sized pothole away from a horrible, yet funny, accident.

A bike at 25 mph has more control it seems.

I did. There is a LOT of factors on why a road bike is faster than a unicycle. I don't doubt that they can make a uni pretty fast though. No way there will ever be a uni as fast as a roadie though.

Thats really funny. It seems as if he is hardworking enough to become a very decent tri athlete that would spill over into his work-life.
