Production Numbers of DP Markers
Just got around to thinking... has DP released production numbers for any of its markers? Or are there any estimates floating around, etc?
I'll probably give them a call tomorrow if there isn't any information about it...

i know their G3 line and G3 Iq and G3 SpecR were sold out. i just don't know about numbers.

450-500 thresholds
im sure there are not many spec r g3s, they discontinued them pretty quickly

Not sure you'll find out any kind of decent number. If I recall, some of the serial numbers were per batch runs - not running total. Could be wrong though.

idk if its that rare but i know they didnt make much. the spec r was release right during the amazone take over.. then they quickly released the g4 and scrapped the spec r idea.
makes me wonder why the g5 isnt priced at $400-450 and keep the g4 in production. damn fx in that stupid $500 range.

Yeah, but that damn fx for 500 is one hell of a good deal for what it is 
So far I figure that the leading 2 people who made/make a fasor is DP and infinity.
That said, how many hybrid fusion F7's were made (I have two atm, selling one). Any idea?

Allot of things got lost in the shuffle when they changed the guard. So any of the Spec-r or Special Edition g3 are likely unaccounted for(I know mine wasn't)
they have no memory of them ever being made or their serial numbers recorded

That is almost word for word what happened to me.
No Record of My gun ever being produced. Whomever I talked to was apologetic however essentially said that the entire staff was new and no one had an idea of any previous workings of the company.
When i purchased mine(pre sale of dp) everything was fantastic and Gasper(spl) helped get me setup with the awesome G3 i had. |

lol theres your answer. i wish old dp was still around. their guns were top notch before amazone. thats why i refuse to sell my spec-r

The threshy had 600 run and black and gold so i read somewhere being the rarerest. But spec kinda tops it cause they only sold some for a month and stop production. We could call out all the spec r owers and create a thread for it. Theyre probably close to 300. There only a couple sites selling them when they first came out. Im not really sure how much its maid bit ti was a very short run. |

wow.. Sorry i'm late to this party lol.. But all that i have read in here is complete speculation.
The Spec-R has way more than the Threshold out. Well over the 1000 of that marker were made. 4 colors to be considered SE models as only about 100 of each of those 4 colors.
The best number for the Threshold is really 450. As for rarety of each color the min batch run was 25 and only 2 colors are that low in number. Pink/Black and Black/Gold

Does anyone know how the serial #'s work on the g4? Mine is: DP GQPG4OOB-005 F (The f is in a pentagon). Does this mean that i have the fifth G4 made?

It likely means that you have the 5th made in that particular batch or run at the time. Like I said earlier, I'm not so sure that their serial numbers actually run continuously.
