Get the one you like the look of more, that's really the deciding factor for the most part. The T2 has dual guide rods though I haven't noticed that to be any better or worse than the S6 I used to have.

There's at least a $100 difference.

He meant the new J12.
The j12 is new and not many people have had the opportunity to use it, so many people's input is going to be limited. The wait list for the j12 is also pretty long already. I have a t2, and really like it. Like castro said, the j12 is $150 more (base models) but you get a full barrel kit included.

If it were just a choice between the two for me I would rock the J12. I like the feel of the gun a lot more. Im a 45frame shooter too. This has been the only 86ish frame that I really like.
If you are around the area of Xtreme paintpall park and want to test em out. Both models are available to put some rounds through.

So did I, read that as J2L.
Doesn't really change my answer though since I think the J12 is ugly as sin.

I think its kinda cool how particular people are about their pump gats =) I know I am. LoL I dig the J12 but it has little to do with its looks. I like the way it looks but I like the way it feels so much more.
We were lucky enough to get the model kind of early to test it out. We handed it trying to promote it when and where we could.. Vegas was the main one that comes to mind. I noticed when we handed any other pump to a semi player they looked kinda uncomfortable and like they didn't know how to hold it.. Just kinda an unsure stance and shouldering it... The J12 though, every single one of em even if they said they didn't like the feel of it or pump wasn't their thing shouldered the gun as if they had been playing pump for a year. Its a point and shoot gun for sure I really like what they have done with it. Maybe Im not explaining it right but its an extremely ergonomic and comfortable design. AND TO SOME lol it adds sexiness on top of all that lol

Funny. I thought I was alone in thinking the J12 was ugly. The proportions look off to me with the small reg and 86* frame.
Wonder if a 45 frame would help change my mind.
Still believe that the T2 is the best looking CCM. Clean and simple.

Having asked, I can tell you there are currently no plans to offer the J12 with the 45 frame.

In terms of looks, imo 6.5>t2>j12. That being said I have only ever used the 6.5 and t2, and have no opinion on performance on j12

I'm sure the J12 is a phenomenal gun like everything else CCM has ever made. I have long arms so I already don't like 86 degree frames (though my T2 has one and I have grown to grudgingly accept it). Coupled with the weird milling and proportions I just don't want one.

T2 all the way. Just seems so much smoother and the 45 frame is a must for me.

They are both CCM's, and both will shoot great. It really all comes down to personal preference.

Don't forget about the S6, if you like a full body. It is what I own and I love it. But really both are very nice pump guns. Performance and function wise, they are going to be almost identical. So see which one has the features you like and go with that one. Can't go wrong with anything made by CCM.

I like my friend's J12, but my T2 is pretty sweet too.

The only advantage that the J12 has over the T2 and S6.5 is the shorter pump stroke... Other then that all 3 guns are amazing! I have shot the t2 and s6.5 but i owned a J12.
