I'm pretty sure I can say that when the "chest protectors" were allowed, no Pro used them for protection. It was and is all about getting a bounce instead of a break

I know a member of Aftershock just stated that they are not allowed to wear chest protectors in the PSP this year.

I know that according to rule 8.1.1 under the clothes section of the PSP rule book, it states: Players must wear only one pair of full-length pants and only a long-sleeved jersey. Players may wear only one layer of underclothing consisting of, at maximum, one pair of under-shorts and one short or long sleeve t-shirt, provided that it contains no padding. Anyother soft padding in garments is prohibited.

However, you are correct, I do not know much more other then that.

i was tring to say that Ollie Lang and many other Pros DO wear chest pads such as empire ground pound stuff to help with bounces.

PSP technically WILL count the headband since it is an independent article of clothing (now here comes my reasoning which im not sure about) which i find odd because if you were to thread them together i THINK it would go back to one, as long as it was designed that way. (dont quote me on that im just guessing)

my friend uses one and he ran straight through my lane and they bounced eeverytime i was pissed lol

I had tunnel vision on that one. Just checked the USPL's rules and it states that they can wear chest protectors.

5.05 Layers and Padding. Players must wear only one pair of full-length pants and

For all the PSP Rulebook says, You could put f--kin pillows every where. After all, it's just one layer.

I just wear elbow and knees.
