maybe i don't play speedball much, i don't think it's as bad as a field gaming place, especially it's the cloest field to me after conquest's down

even if they did they wouldnt give a crap witch is sad because if they just listen to us players they might actually turn back into a good field.

Im not going to bad mouth sc because they used to be a good place to play. Now I have no comment. But i always preferred tombstone over them before tombstone closed down.

And john, I'm from Covina. Not many ballers here. At least not many that I know of.

Everyone says "they need to listen to us players" but no one says anything about what they want. Maybe if you let them know what they want they might listen???

SC Village will be going under major renovations to accommodate the new WCPPL's first event. It will be in tip top shape before any of us will be playing a tourney there.

Gio always has empty promises so I wouldn't be surprised if it looks the same for the first event.

yea we allllll heard that when xpsl was there... and riot.... and im sure there were other tourneys there where they said that too, its time to act on the promises or else they are what theyv been and thats empty and by that there ruining there own rep... ooooooo well

how about a decent speedball field, like inflatable, not cardboard filled, everyone that plays knows thats the crappiest thing any field could do,

and refs that dont complain about filling the bunkers and doing there job, they may not get much but they took the job so do it

I feel the same way. However, if SC actually renovates and maintains the speedball fields, they would be an even more powerhouse in the industry. I just wish they would figure that out, but it will take a lot of man hours and cash on their part, which is probably why it has not happened to date.

1st off SC was the place to be 2 years ago. On any Sunday you would see Pro teams Filling up their Fields. I played with Dynasty ,Legacy ,Ironmen and other Pro teams would let you jump on when they were down a man. When you can go to a park and get to play Pic up games with World Class Ballers that was Good times. Dynasty basically had the upper Turf Field Built for them
Now that Money is Tight Gio dosen't have the cash to Dump into the Park
If you Guys want the Park to get better then you need to go there and spend Money. It was only $20 plus air to play all day. If anyone wants to get a group together I will personally call Gio and rent one of the Fields,
I will bring my own Field a 5 man PSP field I purchased and we can Rock Xball............................................. ..........................................

Dude, that's not the way to go. A good manager should always properly maintain his business and have knowledge to buget. If Gio was a good manager he would be doing that on a daily basis. A good manager isn't supposed to have his customers tell him how to do his job or have his customers fix the problem. If he wants SC to go to ****, then that's on him. But one thing we cannot do is to fund him money by playing in his ****ty courses so that he can "promise" to overhaul the entire park. It's like giving the bailout to Wall Street. WTF happened to that 700 billion? What's gonna happen to our money if we do play there. It's just gonna go in his pocket, just like it has been for the past 2 - 3 years. If he wants to fix it he can because obviously he hasn't been spending enough money on maintaining the park and that huge margin between profit and upkeep is in his bank account.

Sorry for the rambling, I used to love that park and I hate ****ty management.
