Paintball has always had these "Crazy off seasons". Players move around. In reality, the only big moves made in the last couple years has been Houston Heat being created. Thats it. No single, or 3 players have ever made that big of an impact on a team. (no pun intended)

Example: In 2010 Infamous picked up most of their current roster, and it really hasnt propelled them into that consistent podium spots they were hoping for.

2010? I think the shift in players from Aftershock in 2011 was bigger.

And the last two off seasons have been busier than most.

So Impact is following suit with Heat... buying all the stong players in the league for themselves. Looks like top 3 teams will be Impact, HEat and Dynasty. The Russians team has been bled of most of it's skill. The one who's last name that starts with a P (I don't know ow to pronounce half their names so I forget how to spell them aswell...) is prolly their best player as of now. Hopefully they will practice HARD in the off season and get all their guys on a relatively flat playing level and get them gellin.

RL will always produce Don't forget they picked up Kovar and will probably have a few more new additions to the roster before the first event. Not to mention their core of Pantaleev, Berdnikov, and Prihidni is incredible.

All of the Pros are "hired guns", so don't get it twisted.

For everyone stressing that he did it via text, you don't know what the situation was. Cash Money may have just been waiting for Greg to give him the final word after he decided. We can all speculate, but only Greg and Todd know for sure.

I happened to coach the first team Greg ever quit back in the day, (THE CORE) and back then, of all the players that got recruited by other teams, he was one of the most stand up players I had. I am sure he hasn't changed.

I kind of wish paintball wasn't like that, players jumping around showing no real commitment. I like how it used to be "tribal" as matty h. Macy puts it. You played with your local boys, now you play for who's paying you.
