I dont wash my pants or jersey very often but I wash my slide shorts, undershirt, elbow & knee pads, and headband every time. Dirty = clean, if you know what I mean haha

I wash my stuff after a couple days of play or so. My practice jersey is a lost cause though. It was white now it's forever orange and pink.

And my slide shorts, under shirts, and pads get washed after every single outing. Oh and headbands/sandanas as well.

I have a pair of dye and a pair of empire pants, read the tag for the dye laundering, washed both pairs like that and all of the empire stickers came off the pants so just make sure you read them carefully.

I wash everything from pants and jerseys to pod packs and tank covers, it all goes in.
