Do snowboards have weight limits? Yes it's a serious question. I would like to try snowboarding before the year is over but I'm 6foot2 and at least 235-240.

Or should I just invest in a good treadmill? bastards..

They don't have weight limits, per se, but they do have suggested weight maximums. With your weight, you're looking at boards in the 170's.

A treadmill would help a lot though.

Whats a good size for 6'2, 200lbs? I'll probably be dropping to around 185 though.

Depends on what you want to ride the board for? If it's an all mountain board, anywhere between 164-168 would be good. If it's a park board, anywhere between 156-159.

I'm the same way, but I have a size 14 foot. Do they make 159-161 or somewhere around there in wide? I have a 165w and it's just a little too big for what I want.

There's a ton of choices.

http://www2.elansnowboards.com/en/products/el-grande

However, my best advice would be to try to fit in a smaller boot or get a boot with a low profile shell (like the Burton SL-10). Just so you know, I measure a 14 on a brannock scale but I wear a size 12 Burton Driver X. You might want to check it out.

Sure! Youre only the 9359346 person to ask. We would need to know your size as in height/weight/shoe and experience, and what you ride as in powder, park, etc to help you at all.
