wow, i thought it was about economic problems..but then as usual he brings up what he believes america should be doing as per constitution and not about how to get the budget back except for the first couple minutes.

The point he was trying to make is that the problems with the budget wouldn't exist if the federal government stayed within its limits as put forth in the Constitution.
