Bradley University used to have a good paintball program going some years back, but a couple of years ago it died out. Back in the Fall of 2010, we revamped the program and it is now about 15 members strong.

However, this past semester we have had a very good start to rebuilding the program. Here is our tournament experience for the fall:

2010

Oct. 3rd - 5man D4 @ Pekin - 5th Place

Oct. 25th - 3man @ Pekin - 1st and 3rd place (Two teams)

Nov. 23rd - 3man @ Pekin - 1st and 5th place (Two teams)

2011

Apr. 2 - NCPA @ Pekin - 3rd Place

May 6 - MPPL Event #1 - 7th Place

June 11 - MPPL #2 - 11th Place

June 26 - PSP Chicago - 37th Place

July 9 - NCPA @ Pekin - 2nd Place

2012

Mar. 31 - NCPA X-Ball @ Badlandz

We try to practice every weekend at Pekin that we are not doing a tournament. As far as experience goes, we have two guys who play NPPL, one of which was on the team that won D3 NPPL series. We also have some guys that play PSP at D4/D5 level, but we also have a few more beginner tournament players. We have a total of about 10-13 people on our roster who go to practice and participate in tournys (so about 2 PSP Lines.)

We should be a FULLY FUNDED program by the fall of 2011 or spring 2012 where each member will only have to pay $100-200 a semester to fill in financial gaps. The Program would cover all practice fees, tournament fees and travel fees.

So things are looking good for Bradley paintball and its future!

x2. Last year was Hartford's first near going to nationals and we placed 8th out of like 49 teams. A great motivator is an understatement. Good luck to your team

Wow fully funded, Wish we got that kind of money but our NCPA is just starting with the conjunction rebuild of the paintball club that for recreational purpose.

We have new jerseys, had $6,000 of funding for the year, and on top of that have a few more podium finshes.

haha, no jo-jo hasn't done anything. She actually went into dorms for the first time ever last week....so no...the paintball team hasn't received help.

Stan offers a little help when it comes to ordering gear, but other than that he isn't too involved with the team.

Well Stan is pretty busy but he's good at getting gear and what not. Any word on if he's going to be getting his paintball field up and running again? Any chance I can order one of the new jerseys?
