Yeah come on people! The same question asked multiple times...when will people put forth some effort and search?

They can't say anything because of the limits stated by their contract(s).

what the hell do you think i am doing, putting forth the effort to ask, asshat. i am tired of hearing "i wish people would do the research", what the hell do you call asking questions, if you cant help with the question just read and shut the hell up, dont post b.s.

I don't know that it's an "effort" issue.. alot of people don't wish to give out their information on team drills/plays because, quite frankly, nobody wants their opposition to get better :p. Practice different things, formations, etc.. you'll find what works best for your particular players. Best I can advise is, definitely keep in shape, nobody needs a player to get tired after one game (duh).

some people on here just get ticked off too easily...

But yea, they are not allowed to share any drills, techniques and strategies.

As mentioned above, keep in shape and workout. More and more of the competitive teams today are eating right, building muscles and endurance. Russian Legion and Joy division are one of the most in shape paintballers I have seen. I was told that players on RL gets a small raise when they lift more weights and stuff like that as a motivation to train harder.

I am sure they do dozens of different drills. Some drills that was recommended by Alex was a breakout drill (for xball) where each team starts off as if they were in a real match, and they would break out and play for 20-30 seconds and call the game. Your team should do this for like 5 rounds or until you run out of air/paint, then pod and air up. Then make new breakout plans and repeat this set of 5 rounds or so a few more times.

Alex also recommend breakout accuracy for laning where you point your gun away just as you would in a real breakout (make sure you are also in the breakout stance for laning) and twist your torso and fire 1-4 shots at a object across the field. Keep doing this until you can hit it a lot. People tend to feel the need to do this fast but you will surely miss or be way off everytime, so do it slow and speed it up. It takes a lot of time.

There are also a few other drills that I know that works very good, it's not RL (then again maybe they do the same one or a different variation of them), but it sure does the job. Drills include snap shooting, running and shooting, and playing agressive.

These drills work better if you have a team and a private field to use. Or you can always reserve the field for ten minutes at a walk on speedball field and just do as much as possible and wait again for your next ten minutes to come.
