Sometimes, that's how I feel. People eat around me all the time and ask me why I never eat, how im not hungry, etc. Lean Gains will outcast you unless you plan well.

The idea behind leangains is the whole animalistic feeding thing. You get your biggest meal (i.e. your catch) after you exert yourself (i.e. your hunt).

After talking to Lurker and reading his guide I decided to try Leangains with my cousin.

Start fast at 8:p.m.
break fast at 12:30 P.m. : had 2 small chicken breast and a cup of brown rice (pre-work out meal 1 20-25% of daily)
3:30 p.m: 10 G optimal BCAS
5:00 pm: got home and made this for my feeding:

-one low fat crust
-4 chicken breast
- one green peper
-one onion
- fat free cheese
at 7:30 pm: 2 scoops casein in skim milk with some lean protein.

So I creatine raged at the campus cafeteria and their "All you can eat" buffet today.

I asked the ***** for 2 turkey burgers, and she wouldn't give them to me. Their policy is "They can only give out one at a time, and if i want another I have to come back when I'm finished with the first."
Made a scene, slammed my plate on the floor and walked out.

****ing ***** doesn't understand my macro needs.

Went to the cafe across the street instead and bought 24oz of Chicken Salad, 2 Bananas, 18oz Greek Salad (Chicken, Red peppers, Olives, Feta Cheese, Cucumber, Artichokes)

It's a ****ing buffet, and I havent eaten in 17 hours. I should be entitled to as many burgers in one sitting as I god damn please.

EDIT: I'll admit that making a scene wasn't necissary, but i was annoyed that she couldn't just put one more ****ing patty on my plate when she's standing right there, instead of making me leave, eat the first one, then go right back.

Once again though, freak out on the authorities within your school's food system...that woman was just following the rules to not get fired. It kind of makes you come off as a dick.

It's the concept that it's a rule she's been given, and if she does it for one person, it would be unfair not to do it for everyone, and so on and so forth. I can understand you being upset, but slamming the plate down and ****? Come on.

they do the same thing at my cafeteria. about 2 weeks ago there is this 30 year old russian bodybuilder...who is a woman...and who is also jacked out of her mind, comes into the cafeteria (dont know what shes doing in there, but she comes every once in a while). well this time we saw her throwing the chicken back at the person serving the food (yelling in a heavy russian accent) "such small portions". she then sat down and manager came over

Russian chicks are crazy. At my first ever meet I saw this Russian chick break like 8 American records for her weight class in the federation. She was pretty damn hot, too.


EDIT: Lurker how much importance would you place on casein and a BCAA? Would I be just fine with whey?
