Didnt stay at NY:NY, but Ive heard its a great hotel. Pretty much any hotel/casino resort is a good hotel. No rooms will have a fridge though and its about $10 a day for wifi. Glhfdd

No problem on the wifi: I wont have my laptop because I will probably be perpetually drunk and wont be able to do anything productive even if I wanted to.

I did more traveling while "in vegas" than anything. Hoover Dam, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powel, 4 Corners, Red Rock Canyon, Grand Canyon and a few other things. Probably spent about 4 days in vegas out of the 8 days there. If you want to gamble, stick to roulette.

You and me both. The safest way to play (not sure you know how to play) is play 2 of the 12s. For example, play 1st 12 and 3rd 12. Or play two of the columns. Every once in a while those a few chips on red and black (in addition to the above mentioned) if you're feeling fruity. One of the dealers at the hardrock said thats the way alot of people play to be safe.
