Talking Bob Long Intimidator Solenoid

Is this the new Solenoid:

or
is it this one:

Or this:

Now has any one seen a measurable performance gain over the old ones?

If so had you tried the high flow kits out on the old or new one and other then first ball drop-off did you see any additional benefits?

If you do go after one of the newer ones with the red black wires, make sure it has the -101W on the end of the part number.

This signifies that it has the clamping diode and LED removed from under that bluish translucent cover, which gives the solenoid about 5-7 more cps.

Blackout- Hell yeah, There really no differance in any of the two solenoids.

I use and use(d) both solenoids, with no differance. Both will work.

It's not so much the design of the shaft, it's mainly the eltronics, which really does nothing much.
