Mt65 won't recock

so I just bought the gun and when I first shot it it worked fine but I could hear an air leak inside. I changed out the o rings and cup seal, fixed the leak but now the gun won't recock itself. I have taken it to two different shops, neither were able to fix it. I think its the o ring on the hammer but the ones I got from the guy that sold me the gun didn't fix it. Is it a special o ring? All input would be appreciated.

Do you think it could be that the pressure going into the gun is too high? Is there a reg i could put on my hp tank that would bring it down to under 1000psi?

Sounds like front valve is screwed down to far, it needs to be equal to the rest of the body.
