First off, I'd say it's highly likely the breaks you're experienceing are caused by the hopper being set wrong or the barrel being too tight for the paint.

Did you set the gun to 50 psi in the LPR and 200 from the inline reg? Try that, it may help and the gun feels very nice and smooth when you shoot it.
Sensi doesn't work when you shoot the last paint in a hopper too fast. That's because that paint is just gravity fed and Sensi programming expects the hopepr to feed faster, at the same pace it fed when it was force-feeding whe there was more than just a few balls left. But with the 50/200 setting those breaks will be almost completely eliminated. Or you can slow down your shooting just a little when the hopper is almost empty.

What about the hopper setting?
Brand new HALOs as a rule always need adjustments when used on an Angel (or most guns actually). On a regular HALO B you can set the the eye sensitivity with the dial on the board. Counter clockwise = higher eye sensitivity. Setting it high will make the hopper less forceful in feeding as a side effect. Less forceful feeding = less risk of hurting the paint and the hopper will still feed very very fast.
Also you can try greasing the belt drive o-ring so it slips more easily to soften the feed further. But the eye setting will matter more.
How you set this on a Reloader B I don't know. But maybe you can get that info from the manufacturer.

What about paint breaking in the barrel?
Did you check if the break was an inch or more into the barrel (barrel break) or really chopping where the bolt face is all smeared up with paint.
Have you checked that the barrel isn't too tight? It shold be able to roll through the barrel easily or the fít is too tight. Yes I know this goes against the old-school idea of perfect barrel fit but a few years ago you dind't shoot guns this so just try it and you'll see the benefits of vir.
If the paint sticks so you can't even blow it through then it's way too tight.
Another thing about the barrel is that it needs a thin o-ring at the base just after the thread so it doesn't shake loose a bit and angle itself so the gun breaks paint on the back edge.

Nope, rip off 7-10 shots as fast as you can.

And he's using the EmpireB, not a HaloB. Set the ReLoaderB to Fast3. (the LED should blink 3 times when turned on)

Otherwise, my daughter's Speed chops on anything but Sensi2, and she can rip it up using that setting.

17 is about perfect with a 50PSI setting on the LPR.

Re: speed blender

is your sensi passing 30 out of 30 tests?

i would try what Fargie says... also, take the force fed hoppers out of the equation by using a revy or reloader. if you don't chop, then you know it's a hopper/gun issue. if you still chop, then you know to concentrate on the gun.

a few other things:
1) the mrof setting doesn't matter when sensi is on.
2) I used to run 17 to 19 dwell, 55 lpr back when i had the 6volt noid. now i run at 15ms dwell and 50 lpr. 17 may sound high... but hey, if it works, it works.
3) I am using a halo-b with victory board set at 35bps. sensi 1. no problems.

You could also try giving the adb springs a little stretch (but not too much).

oops... yeah... i read "new ball detents" but somehow that translated to "stretched springs" in my mind.

also test your detents and make they feel firm... not stuck...

60 is fine... hell... it comes stock @ 82psi... you can lower your dwell a whole lot though.

don't worry about the lpr and dwell right now though... as that mostly tunes the gun's kick.

try the sensi test. it should pass 20/20 or 30/30.

try using a reloader (not B) or a revy... shoot on sensi 1. if you still chop, it's most likely your ram. did you adjust your ram per the manual? if you still chop, take the barrel off, turn OFF the gun, load up your hopper with balls... look into the front end of the gun, do you see 1 ball in the breach or do you see part of the second ball?

First gas up the gun, doing this ensures that the ram is in its rearmost position. Using the ram adjuster turn the ram clockwise while opening and closing the breach you should be able to feel a click as the bolt pin slips into the hammer groove. The click should be barely audible and not enough to cause problems opening or closing the breach.
