soon to be shocker owner, do i need a lp tank or hp tank?

Ive shot timmys, and then moved on to the DM's...never owned a shocker, so would i be fine with my Low pressure 68/45 tank? I'm looking at getting an nxt

Doesn't matter, some users have reported drop off during high rates of fire because certain LP tanks cant recharge fast enough. Not sure which brands though, I know Crossfire IS NOT one of them because thats what I use.

hm, ive got a LP crossfire...i could always sell it or trade for an HP that way i dont have any problems.

if you already have an lp tank keep it no reason to upgrade. If you are in the marker to get a new tank there is no reason to get a lp over an hp unless you have a angel in your arsenal

Crossfire LP will work 100%. I have used one for 2 years with no issues at all.

I've used a LP tank on the 5 Shocker's I've owned, never had a problem, don't listen to the people saying otherwise, they don't know what they're talking about.

As has already been stated, either type of tank should be fine anyway, but ignoring that just for a moment, if you already have an LP output tank, the simple answer is to give it a try, and see if your own particular LP output tank is suitable or not.

I use a DXS 48/45 on my shocker, and even at 25 I haven't had issues.
