anyone feel dizzy when they wake up?

Just since yesterday when I woke up I have felt super dizzy and lightheaded.. Anyone else have this? wtf is it? I dont feel sick like fever or anything.. I thought I might be dehydrated so I drank a **** load of water but it hasnt helped. Any ideas?

could be lots of things. It's probably benign.

Try this: stand up and tilt your head back and roll it to the sides and back and forth, if you feel extremely dizzy during this its indicative of an inner ear thing. Might wanna talk to your doc if it continues.

Or it might be a blood pressure thing, is it when you stand up quickly? Like I said, could be several things, might even me vertigo...

but yeah, give it a while ~1 week then if you still have it talk to your doc.

basically, the blood in your body is different when you are horizontal (laying down) when you get up, the blood rushes out of your head because of gravity and ****. blood pressure ****.

well im not extremely dizzy.. but dizzy enough to bother me..

i have them too, apparently my blood pressure gets fuxed when i get up. BP problems are because of your heart. i'm not saying you have problems. i only said it because i have them.

Yea I dunno.. this is like really sudden.. just started happening the other morning.. I think i may have an ear infection or some ****. But I dont have any pain or pressure so idk.
