who here could explain to me how the bolt on the old firestorm conversion kit works. i've only ben able to find a few obscure pictures of a 'cocker w/ this mod, and the best i can figure is when air is routed to the back block to push the hammer, some of the pressure also pushes the front of the bolt forward.

thanks, it sounds like my deduction was correct. now, I've got to find a way build something similar using one of my raceframes. maybe mill the body similar to a halfblock and use the internals from a FASOR. instead of using the back block to split up air between the hammer and bolt, make them mechanically linked. or maybe even try to make a "commy" ('cocker + timmy for those who's minds aren't as dumb as mine)
