I have a Samsung Propel, nothing special and a lot of people have it but it gets the job done.. (until now obviously)

Well, it began this weekend on my way to the beautiful city of Charlotte to get plastered on Saturday and wake up early with a hangover from Satan himself on Sunday to go to the Panthers game.. (Which we won) My main lady friend attempted to send me a couple digital photographs of whatever, probably her ****ing dog or some ****, but when I received them I had to try to do the "Retrieve" them, which doesn't happen often..but whatever no biggie. So I hit the retrieve button, and from that point on to this day whenever I try to retrieve a picture message or attempt to send one..I get the following message..
Exhibit B..
"Sending Failed. Network Settings Unavailable!"
The ****ing japs even threw in an exclamation point at the end of the statement, they tend to be calm in nature so I figure by logic that the exclamation point is telling me this is a ****ing problem that needs to be ****ing terminated and dealt with at my earliest convenience..so I come to the extraordinary minds of ST:Tech..'the **** is wrong with my phone/service? My nudes intake is down approximately 100% since last weekend, this must be fixed.
