Not hard. Lots of people have done it. The frame bolts right on, the Timmy front block may need to be tapped and threaded to go on. Don't remember, but that's not hard.
Any Timmy frame would bolt right up and I don't remember if you have to notch it for the air barb. I think that is only neccesary if you are putting a Timmy front block on but not a Timmy frame.
I prefer the looks of the 2k2 Timmy front block with and Alias LPR on the NME. If you use the NME trigger frame, you will have to notch it. If you use Alias Trigger frame it will bolt right on and you do not have to notch it. Here is an example:
^^^ You can use any 2k2 or 2k5 frame. A 2k6 fram will not work. I wouldn't suggest a 2k2 frame though. They are big and bulky and would just ruin the look of the NME.

That is exactly the color NME I have. Was interested in changing the LPR and HPR (in the future) and this picture really looks so much better than stock.
Evil makes pretty good regs, pbreview.com the only bad thing is that ASA barb do not fit, which is not an issue with NME since you have to dremmel your frame any way to fit the barb.
I wouldn't get the EVIL LPR. It works fine, but it is HUGE and HEAVY. It will add a noticable amount of weight to your NME.
I would get a cheap Timmy Alias Style LPR housing from the BST and drop in SCM-III internals (Availble here for $20 http://www.akalmp.com/kits.html, no modifications needed). That will give you the best LPR money can buy for pretty cheap. Then throw on a Timmy front block. I prefer the looks of the 2k2 front block on the NME. You can get one in the BST very cheap. It's the front block used on the NME pictured above.
