Feedback Fraud- Never Lifted Ban

I was recently banned on my previous account, BrokenBuyer
  • It was created in March 9th, 2009
  • Has 24/0/0 feedback
  • Threads in sticky threads

Feedback Rules

Quote:
All feedback must be from PbNation. The deal must have originated through a B/S/T thread on PbNation and not locally at the field, on eBay or down the hall with your brother. You can meet locally to exchange gear or money, but the deal must have originated in public areas on PbNation (PM's are not valid for feedback). If you meet locally to exchange items you need to state this in the feedback. You may NOT say "fast shipping" in such circumstances or anything similar. If the person is known to you in any way (on your team, friend from school, relative or even someone you met once or casually know), you must say this also. (See rule # 7 for more.) You may not post any feedback that may be misleading. Violating any of these rules is feedback fraud which results in an immediate and permanent ban.

===================================

I believe I as well as ImperialBoy was accused of Feedback Fraud with Imperialboy. As he is the only other one banned on my feedback list.
  • Imperialboy is now teammate with me
  • These deals were done in public meeting and feedback was posted after money paid and item was in hands
  • There is PM prove, as well as posting on thread.
  • Feedback is NOT misleading
  • I am a 100% 24/0/0 with Imperialboy at 100% 30/0/0. All feedbacks with various people.

Our Fault
This is what to be OUR fault that I do believe we did wrong. But it was not so big as to a perm-ban
  • Did not state locally. Which I think we might've on the bottom More Info box for feedback
  • Did not state teammate. Which for one of the deals, we were not yet

I have contacted the webmaster with the Contact Us link on the bottom of the page, but I want further help and really wish to resolve this problem

Feedback Fraud is a very serious issue and is not treated lightly, You still Violated PBNation Feedback Rules by saying "Fast Shipping" on a deal where no shipping took place.

You admit to not shipping right here:

Now, lets take a look at the Feedback rules you Quoted.

In italics are the three focus points here.
--------------
1- "If you meet locally to exchange items you need to state this in the feedback."
- Nothing about meeting in Public at all.

2- You may NOT say "fast shipping" in such circumstances or anything similar.
- Both Feedback say "Fast Shipping" or something of the sort

3- If the person is known to you in any way (on your team, friend from school, relative or even someone you met once or casually know), you must say this also.
- Note how Broad the rules are on "If you know" the person, This is taken VERY seriously.

4- You may not post any feedback that may be misleading.
- Both feedback are Very misleading to an outside buyer, Both appear as if they were shipping items when they were meeting locally.

You've got at least 3 out of 4 covered...Feedback fraud is and always has been an immediate permanant-ban.

I need URGENT help

I had a pawnshop on BrokenBuyer which is pretty much my major income, as I don't have a job

Yesterday I just finished dealing with a guy. He shipped the items today and gave me track number. Then after I was banned

I don't want him to worry. What can I do?
I don't know any contact info or his username besides that it starts with 'evil'
Meaning I'll be in trouble and have to deal with that. And he won't receive legit feedback as I am banned

Help?!?
I was ready to purchase ASM because I started that pawnshop. I was banned 1 hour before I was going to

=============

We weren't meaning to cause trouble. And we seriously learned our lesson
We had put the feedback in the wrong format. That was a dumb mistake and we misread the Feedback Rules

We really need our accounts.

Sorry. We take feedback fraud very seriously.

Maybe you can search through your old threads and find the person you were dealing with. We cannot see your old PMs nor will your account be unbanned for them. The only way it might be reinstated would be if you were ASM and applied for an unban, but even then that is neither guaranteed or instant.

Since you were not ASM then the account is no longer available.

Well. Since I had a pawnshop he contacted me via PM. Thus, we talked through PM's the entire time. I have no contact info on his at all. So in guessing that he'll hve to contact me himself or have no payment sent

so because I never paid or ASM. Even I I was. I have no chance to revive my account?

Sorry no. I'd also ask you not to talk to yourself in threads between this account and the Tears account. That is called posting fraud and is a serious offense here too. Thanks!

What if I purchase ASM now just to unban my previous account?
I'll seriously do anything to get my old account back. I have project ideas I've saved in my PM's and I really don't want to start everything over

Sorry, you cannot purchase ASM for an account that's already banned and then use the unban.
