I cant tink of a good way. you'll never get a smooth, clear surface on the back. I wouldnt trust most types of paint thinner/ removers not to kill the lexan. defiantly dont use any alcohols.

you could sand them. Use 150-200 grit and work in small circles until you can just start to see through, then lay them flat on the sandpaper on a flat surface and finish it. The backs won't be shiny anymore, kinda frosted inside, but you can then paint them any color you want.

Use a hairdryer or heat gun to heat up the back, it will help loosen up the adhesive and you can peel it off easier. Use goo gone or alchohol to clean up the rest.
