Reason: ------- New/Unused Item In Wrong Forum Your thread is selling a new item so it has to go in the New or Unused Equipment / Services forum. We allow users to sell their personal used gear on here for free, but you have to pay for Gold Ups to sell new gear.
Here's the rule that spells it out:

What is this infraction? Is it like another strike before I get banned? I am only wondering because last time, I actually did list my pads in the NIB section and got about 20 views and no offers in over a week. I am a salesman like everyone else in the B/S/T, and I figured I'd just do what works.
So how do I resolve this? Should I go out side and slide on em and therefore list as "Used Once"? If this is acceptable then I am totally happy.
P.S. This may sound like I am being angry or going against the tide, but I am just questioning what this infraction means to my account and the 1 month expiration date. I am puzzled at such a simple thing becoming an infraction. I would have much rather been pmed by a mod and asked to change the wording than receive an infraction based on my wording.
You are in no danger of being banned as you have 0 points. Any of the warnings you got were warnings and carried no points.

That pretty much sums up the rule regarding new items.

Pads have been tried on, yes. Pads have been put on right before a game. Pads were taken off because it was 95*, and then pads were washed and put back into my closet.

Oh...hmm. I mean, NEW as in I HAVE NEVER Slid on em, but I got your point.
I will say Used on grounds of being put on and intended for use, but not actually slid on. Alright, thanks a bunch for helping out.
