Its much more fun to do it yourself. If it is an Eblade you can just set it to one of the factory settings and not worry about tuning it.

Are you asking about Operating Pressure? If so, then that depends completely on the cocker and how it is set up and what parts are on it.

There aren't many places to send a cocker to. Since they are "old" not many people know how to work on them.

I agree with Dark that you should just work on it yourself. There are tons of guides to help you as well as a lot of information on the forums.

you need to sweetspot your reg if you want to go that route, there should be some info or a link on how to do so in the sticky somewhere. if its not here, check the mech section and wgp section stickies to make sure...

i agree with what everyone else here said, but since no one wants to actually post a tech.....
try TC Paintball in Grand Rapids, Michigan, or Bandit Paintball in Saginaw Michigan. rick @ tc and george @ bandit are both well established cocker techs. you can find their info in the fields/stores directory here on the nation

negative on George at bandit, he has a reputation for not caring about people, just money. I,ve been around for many oppertunities for George to do good work, but he has failed. He has messed up an ion in my presence and sold bogus products with the assurance that he would take care of the customer to later not do it. George has made some cocker bodies and made a sweet double barrel cocker, but when I have talked to him , he has fallen short and has pissed off a lot of people.George is well established ,but not as a cocker tech in my book. I do my own work , so I don't real deal with him , but I have had some communication about many things and I always find him lacking. I,ve been to TC ,but its a little to far to go often. I'm not sure on the cocker techs there.
