How to remove macro fitting from bottom of CP Reg

So I need to remove the straight macro line fitting from the bottom of my CP reg but I can not figure out how. Can anybody help or is this even possible?

its an allen key. i think its like a 5/32.

you're going to need a strap wrench or a vice grip too, i did this yesterday and used a rubber vice grip to give me a better grip on the reg
