I believe you rub it in until it almost disappears, then wipe the mask. Not too sure though. And it does work on glasses, I used it myself.

apply some on the inside of the lense, then buff it in with the cloth.

any pb site should have it. i know action village does. heck i think you can even find it at walmart.

a homemade anti-fog that actually works, is a mix of baby shampoo and water. clean your lense with it, and then buff a little on the inside.

while a thermal lense is the ultimate in keeping your mask from fogging, it wont keep peoples glasses from fogging

I second that and I have actually had worse fogging on my glasses when I use a thermal lens.

Another thing, this anti fog stuff that yall are using on your mask and glasses, do you apply it to the inside and outside of both?

just the inside. it serves no purpose being on the outside., since masks fog on the inside.

besides, it would just get shot and wiped off anyway.

You rub it on.
Yeah, on the inside as thats where you sweat from and where the heat is coming from.

On the outside, it would just be wiped off easily.
I would just go for a Anti-Fog lenses, as most of those sprays and liquids dont work as efficient

Buy contacts ok? then ally the anti fog onto the mask till it is almost gone an wipe with a towel an you can apply it on the inside of the mask if it will help or not i dont know.

the key to this stuff working is to leave a very thin layer on the lens. I usually let it sit on the lens for thirty seconds to a minute before buffing it off. you really don't need to use much to get it to work.

Do NOT buy that Extreme Rage lens cleaner. That thing sucks so much I'm pretty sure it's like 90% water. Use FogTech. GREAT stuff! I believe another fellow recommended it to you on here as well. Hope this thread helps :]

My question would be how well do they work? I am just getting back into the sport and when I play I have fog on my glasses and mask and the defog works a little but it's like looking through a rain slicked mask and when it gets too hot or cold it still fogs. Contacts work great and are the best when I played with them but I do not use them anymore because it takes 2 hours for me to put them in. ( I hate things touching my eye)
